Oil & Gas Pipelines
Gas transmission lines, associated-gas gathering lines and sections of oil trunk lines — welded, lowered in and tied in. Boranex can supply the pipe layers and cranes.
Ask about pipelinesEPC Projects
Boranex works with EPC contractors and project owners across Iraq and the GCC. Alongside the equipment we supply, we offer pipeline and station construction, testing and repair in Iraq through our partner JT S.A. (Poland).
All six are offered in Iraq through our partner, with Boranex equipment alongside.

Ask about pipelines
Gas pressure-reduction and metering stations, mechanical and piping works at compressor stations, and the tie-in stations where gas enters a plant.
Ask about stations
Hydrotest (pressure test with water), cleaning and gauging pigs, drying, in-line inspection, and visual, radiographic and ultrasonic weld testing (NDT).
Ask about testing
Repair and renewal of existing pipelines and stations — damaged sections replaced, then re-tested and put back into service.
Ask about repairs
Fuel-gas lines and metering that bring gas into a power plant, plus mechanical and piping works on the plant’s gas side.
Ask about gas supply
Steel structures, pipe spools (pipe sections made ready in the workshop) and plant piping, built to your drawings and installed on site.
Ask about fabrication
JT S.A., with roots dating back to 1975, builds high-pressure gas pipelines and gas metering and pressure-reduction stations, and carries out mechanical works at compressor stations. JT builds and tests; Boranex can supply the pipe layers and cranes, and is your contact in Baghdad and Basra.
JT S.A. works to these standards.
We study your specification and site conditions, then propose the right machines and work.
We source the machines and arrange the construction work with our partner.
Delivery to your site, arranged by us. Our partner builds the line or station.

Equipment from Boranex
Pipe layers — also called side booms — lift pipe and lower it into the trench along the route. Tell us the pipe diameter, wall thickness and route conditions, and we propose the right machines.
For stations and plants, we supply mobile and crawler cranes for heavy lifts, loader cranes to move pipe and materials, overhead cranes for compressor buildings, and access platforms for work at height.
